At Agrohills, we are committed to providing pure, natural, and high-quality organic Himalayan products. We value your trust and aim to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our consumable wellness products, we follow a strict and transparent refund policy as outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item (incorrect product or quantity).

You received a damaged or tampered package upon delivery.

The product delivered is expired or not fit for consumption.

Your order was not delivered within the committed timeframe (and was not marked as successfully delivered by the courier).
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

You changed your mind after receiving the product.

You dislike the taste, color, smell, or texture of a product.

The product was opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.

You entered an incorrect shipping address during checkout.

Delays caused by courier companies or uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
Reporting a Refund Request

To file a refund request:

Email us at: support@agrohills.in within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Mention your order ID, product name, and reason for the refund.

Attach clear photo/video evidence of the issue (damaged, wrong, or expired item).
Refund claims without proof will not be processed.

Refund Approval & Processing

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund within 7 working days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI, credit/debit card, wallet, etc.).

You’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS once your refund is processed.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In rare cases, partial refunds may be granted:

If part of the order was damaged but the rest was in usable condition.

If product packaging was intact but external shipping box was damaged.
We reserve the right to make this judgment based on evidence provided.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
